A degree does not affect your success to the degree that people do. If you are good at academics, but you are not good with people, you may end up working for the person who is good with people and bad with academics.

Emotional intelligence is greater than academic intelligence! Why? Because people were not created for academics. Rather, academics was created for people. It is just like the mouth and food.

No matter how delicious any food is, it can’t be more important than the mouth. Know your books in school. But also take time to know your schoolmates, and your mouth will eat well!
