"When your sales aren't going well, what do you do?"
Someone asked this question - and I answered.
I will start by gathering data...
Asking my prospect questions like -
Are your customers saying NO?
is it that, they are not picking our calls?
Are they picking but they are saying later and never comes back?
Or,
Are they showing buying sign but only a few are purchasing?
Here is the thing.
Marketing is full of analysis.
So, when sales are not going well....I gather data and make the right decision.
Not time to blame anyone.
It is time to gather data.
And find the leak.
Then, close it.
For the last time.
Marketing is like fx trading.
