WHY I CAME ONLINE.


My belief?

I believe there is no smoke without fire! In other words, there is ALWAYS a REASON for every ACTION under heaven.


Calm down, I know you want to know why I am here - the online space.

But would you let me have your left hand first?

Or "would you allow me LOCK my FINGERS with YOURS so we can JOURNEY together EFFECTIVELY?"

Please, do not break my heart - say “Yes!”


Okay!


Initially, I did not come to the online space because I want to connect with people or make money.

Are you surprised?

Well, maybe…


Let me take you back to my late teens and early twenties.

I ought to have had a PHONE, but strangely, I did not bother about getting one.

Why, you ask?

The reason is, I was satisfied with the small Tecno Phone I was given.


I used it in my first two years in the university - surprised, right?


Looking back, I realized I was not concerned because I do not know what was going on in the ONLINE WORLD!


I ONLY hoped my Parents would get me a good phone when they wish.


Immediately I got to 300 level, I noticed not having an android phone as a university student was affecting me, I had to speak up and my parents bought it for me - deep down, they knew I tried because I never bothered them.


Having an Android phone for the first time was as if someone promised me a trip to the U.S. the next week.

Can you relate?

I was eager to do everything on it!

The major reason I came to the online world was to be doing my ASSIGNMENTS with the phone and also to join my 'Departmental WhatsApp Group.'


With time, I noticed what some people post on their status updates: jokes, hatred words, valuable words, and some were just posting for posting sake (anything goes).


Then, I made a big decision that I wanted people to laugh or simply have a smile light up on their faces while viewing my status, because I had came across updates like “fuck haters” and those who abuse themselves using their statuses.


I never wanted mine to be that way. I started posting funny things and words.

One day, someone told me that he was always eager to view my status because he knew he would always laugh.

While others did not tell me directly, their reactions said it all.


As time flies by, I found joy in POSITIVE IMPACT using VALUABLE WORDS.


I started posting CONTENT that would help my Audience.

Knowing fully well that my words help people, built a special JOY in me!

I found my REAL MISSION for being online AFTER coming online, and NOT before, unique right?


And till eternity, my greatest reason for being in the online space will be to CREATE VALUES and SOLVE PROBLEMS using WORDS.

I love it! It is my life!
